Spending Christmas at this hotel was an absolute joy! The location was excellent, close enough to the main city centre and tourist highlights, yet away from the hustle and bustle. Two standout facts were its new construction and well-equipped rooms with central heating and hot water. The staff were courteous, cooperative, and always went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. One of the best aspects was the delicious food, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian with a great Kashmiri non-veg selection.

The cleanliness of the rooms left something to be desired. Towels were often stained and torn, and the staff were frequently requesting tips.
